Persistent trailer sway actually does not get fixed with a weight distribution system as a WD system can only minimize sway from passing semi trucks or high winds.
If you are experiencing a sway that starts at a certain speed and basically doesn't stop till you slow down the issue is most likely not enough tongue weight in your trailer. The Lippert 4,400 Lb Axle uses part # L68149 for the inner bearing and part # 58846 for the grease seal. The outer bearing can be either part # L44649 or part # LM67048. The Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit part # LC696740 will work great on a Grand Design Imagine Travel Trailer if switch to longer shackle straps, the Lippert AP Kit part # LC52SV which also has heavy duty shackle straps and wet bolts.

If you can let me know the hub-face and spring-center measurements of your current axles I can let you know what you'll need. Since you measured your springs with weight on them I am going to recommend a couple of different length springs as replacements. You will want to verify how long your springs are without weight on them before purchasing. The compression caused by the full weight of your trailer will easily stretch them out around 1" if not more. It is recommended to change both sides if you are replacing suspension components.
